Ferry Fun

There is two ways to get on to Prince Edward Island: from New Brunswick via the Confederation Bridge, or by the ferry from Nova Scotia. There is no cost to travel onto PEI (only to leave from the island) so we decided to take the bus onto the ferry on the way to PEI.  It was a lot of fun for our whole family.

I had been on quite a few ferries before but the girls had never, and it was neat sharing that experience with them. It was a cold as it was the middle of October, but still great memories were made!

We did take the Confederation Bridge on the way off the Island, and i find it amazing they built a bridge that LONG! It was nice driving a bus over the bridge as we were sitting high enough to see over the concrete sides! What a view!

Our family has really fallen in love with the East Coast of Canada, its beauty and the beautiful people here.
